꩸᭪ၡိကြား is the visual outlet for the solo work of Anna Marth. From her studio space in Berlin-Neukölln, she creates photographic artworks, which are later printed on textiles and further processed into yoga clothing or related objects. A multitude of connections to people, music, the elements, water, light, earth and roots often drive the work and so she lends a poetic personification to the very functional by finding a unique way of visual storytelling.
Her work is concerned with the japanese concept of "Ma" (間), which is described as a pause in time, an interval or emptiness in space. It relates to all aspects of things and is the void full of possibilities from which life and individual progress grows. She seeks to bring to the surface a complex network of relationships between elements and possibilities.
